January 20, 2010Day Nineteen
January 19, 2010Yeah its sushi again…. Jealous?
Going to Ginza and sitting at the sushi bar, is like having your own personal sushi chef. We ordered two rolls and then asked Chef Tetsu to create two rolls not on the menu. Here is a picture of our new favorite roll. He said it doesn’t have a name, so we are calling it Tetsu.
I would love to go on and on about how much I love sushi, but I have two minutes till this post is late.
Day Eighteen
January 18, 2010Day Seventeen
January 17, 2010I woke up this morning at 7, looked out the window and saw how thick the fog was. I jumped in the car to go see what I could find. I was quite pleased with the results. Here is one of my favorites from this morning. Ill be posting some more on the main blog if you care to check those out as well.

Day Sixteen
January 16, 2010Day Fifteen
January 15, 2010While walking around again downtown, I met someone I’ve seen on trax about a million times. I’ve always found it weird that we see some people almost everyday and yet never take the time to ask their name, or even say hello. Like I said I have seen Eva on trax many times, but this time I decided to say hello and ask her name. Eva is a nice lady that works for a lead generating company finding prospective clients for real estate agents. Thanks Eva for taking time to stop and talk to me, and for being willing to have your picture taken.
Day Fourteen
January 14, 2010We went out to celebrate my father in-law’s birthday tonight at one his favorite restaurants. I love their lettuce wraps.
Isn’t it cool how the fog is helping light up the night. Plus when driving through fog I always feel like a kid, because I imagine that I’m driving through clouds. Yeah I’m lame.
Day Thirteen
January 13, 2010Day Twelve
January 12, 2010Sometimes I forget how awesome Utah is. Days like today where our pollution is the worst in the nation, makes us feel like Utah is less than perfect. Today the pollution lifted for a few seconds and the clouds created perfect lighting. I looked out my car window and saw how beautiful our mountains truly are. They were so amazing that they looked painted. I hit a red light and rolled down my window and snapped this picture. To add to my excitement about Utah I went trail running with my friend Jason. It was so exhilarating to be up in such a beautiful surrounding. Next time Ill have to bring a camera up there with me.
