Today was a lazy sunday for me but for my little buddy it was a lot of work. He took a short break from playing basketball with the big kids to let me take a picture. Its easy to assume he will sleep well tonight.

February 26, 2010Most parents would agree that bribery is the best form of parenting. Well maybe not most but the smart ones sure do. All day we have been bribing our kids to be good with watching a movie and drinking smoothies and eating popcorn. But like most results of bribery it only lasted for a few moments before we had to remind them to be good. Tonight we decided to watch Pirates of The Caribbean. It wasn’t until we turned the lights on that we saw the results of letting two little kids have their own buckets of popcorn and walk around with their smoothies. Despite the destruction it was a good night.

February 21, 2010Today we were in Ogden and the whole way there my little buddy was pointing out all the trains he saw. So when we drove past the Union Pacific Station with all the big trains parked there, we had to pull over. Even though it was freezing cold he had a blast running around and pointing out all the different colored trains.

February 20, 2010Well if any of you follow me on facebook you might now that I have spent all day painting ONE room. After four different colors my wife finally settled on one. Because of this we didn’t get out much and I was able to snap this just as the sun was going down.
